Sarah Sophia Busse
Born in Nuremberg in 1984 and graduated from the Leibniz Altdorf High School. Studied law at the University of Passau. Undertook specialised foreign-language training in French in addition to her undergraduate studies in law.
Followed by a year in Geneva studying international and transnational law at the University of Geneva, in French and English. Studied the Swiss legal system, and industrial property rights issues affecting the pharmaceutical industry. Awarded the “Certificat de droit transnational” (Certificate in Transnational Law) by the University of Geneva.
Returned to Germany to continue her primary legal studies at the University of Passau. Thereafter, served as legal trainee in Landshut and Munich, with focus on advocacy work. Since 2013, lawyer with the law firm LermerRaible.
Entitled to represent clients as lawyer before all German Regional Courts and Higher Regional Courts, the Federal Patent Court as well as the Federal Court of Justice (Nullity Actions), the German Patent and Trademark Office (GPTO), the European Patent Office (EPO), the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in matters of European Union trademarks and Community designs as well as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Member of the Munich Bar Association.
