Legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Karlsruhe focusing on private international law. Stay during legal clerkship with a law firm specialized in private international law in Strasbourg, France.
Admitted as a lawyer since 2005. Completion of the theoretical training needed for becoming a lawyer specializing in intellectual and industrial property rights in 2011.
Work experience as corporate council and patent officer in industry and different research institutions, notably in the field of contractual law of intellectual and industrial property rights, in particular license and cooperation agreements, service and manufacturing agreements in the field of R&D and also dealing with German law on employees' inventions, subvention and antitrust law. Advocacy work at different patent and law firms in Munich covering the full spectrum of intellectual and industrial property rights.
